Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on trucks, coaches, and heavy machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Repair and service specialized equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and electrical testing devices to execute repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Operate heavy equipment safely during repair or testing procedures while adhering to all safety protocols.




- Interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed for compliance and future reference.

Skills

- Proven dealership or heavy equipment repair experience with a strong mechanical background.
- Familiarity with excavator, crane, forklift, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment maintenance.
- Skilled in welding, electrical troubleshooting, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using appropriate techniques or lifting equipment.
- Experience with automotive repair including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and assembly processes for various industrial applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
