The Opportunity: Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic team player who is driven to deliver exceptional customer service? We have an immediate opening for a permanent Class 3 DZ Truck Driver in Winnipeg, MB!

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position’s purpose is to provide reliable and professional product transportation service to customers and from suppliers with safety as a top priority. You will work independently, operating and maintaining commercial vehicles while completing all tasks related to loading and delivering of Bulk Lubricants to our customers. This position could involve a significant amount of travel throughout rural Manitoba.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are properly fueled, maintained, and reported.
- Safely deliver bulk lubricants and complete loading and unloading activities.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot basic truck issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer usage, trip, accident, and incident records.
- Ensure commercial vehicles are clean, well-kept, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, including hazardous materials requirements.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, and loading, during downtime.
- Provide additional support as requested by management and perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

- Class 3 License, DZ, with an abstract acceptable to the Employer.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years driving experience required.
- Ability to read, understand, and adhere to federal and provincial rules and regulations.




- Knowledge of log book recording and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
- Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs and perform basic vehicle repairs.
- Possess reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route direction.
