Become a pivotal part of UNSW's research team as a Part-Time Post-Doctoral Researcher. Focus on building an oral history archive of feminist activism in response to child sexual assault in NSW. Located at UNSW’s Kensington Campus, this 14-hour per week role lasts for 12 months.

You will collect and document firsthand accounts that highlight the significant yet underrepresented history of child rights advocacy. Your research will illuminate the broader socio-political context and serve as crucial groundwork for future historical studies. Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with interview participants and key stakeholders
- Create oral history methods and interview guidelines
- Oversee UNSW ethics and compliance procedures
- Conduct thorough interviews and manage transcripts
- Facilitate materials preparation for digital archive Requirements:
- Completed PhD in History or a relevant area
- Experience in qualitative research and oral history
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
- Robust record in research pertaining to advocacy
- Ability to draft funding applications Drive meaningful historical research and contribute to social advocacy at UNSW.
