The Utility and Bulk Driver safely operates a bulk transport truck to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. This role also handles general utility tasks around the bulk plant, such as cylinder filling, equipment maintenance, and assisting service technicians. What you'll do

- Bulk Deliveries: Transport and transfer bulk propane safely from the truck to customer storage tanks. Follow all strict local, state/provincial, and federal hazardous materials guidelines.
- Vehicle Inspections: Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the bobtail truck, hoses, and pumping equipment.
- Utility & Plant Duties: Help maintain the bulk plant. Fill cylinders, paint or maintenance tanks,



and assist with yard upkeep when not on the road.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional communication with clients. Spot potential safety hazards around customer tanks (like leaning pads or blocked vents) before making a fill.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery tickets, meter logs, and hours-of-service compliance paperwork via onboard systems or paper.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours or emergency deliveries during peak heating seasons.

What you bring:
- Minimum of one (1) year or less experience.
- DZ license with a clean drivers abstract
- Prior experience in a labor role is an asset.
- Ability to repetitively lift 60 lbs on a regular basis
- Knowledge of propane and propane handling is an asset.
- Physically fit to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Positive computer skills to enter and manage inventory.

Salary: $27 to $29 hourly (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography). Eligible employees may earn performance-based incentives and have access to comprehensive benefits and retirement plans with matching contributions.
