About Linking HopeLinking Hope is a Winnipeg charity that connects surplus goods and volunteer time with grassroots organizations serving Winnipeg and Northern communities. We’re seeking an organized, people-focused coordinator to create welcoming volunteer experiences, build community partnerships, and help turn generosity into meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

- Recruit, welcome, orient, schedule, and support individual and group volunteers.
- Coordinate safe, inclusive volunteer experiences for distribution days, community events, and emergency-response initiatives.
- Build partnerships with businesses, schools, post-secondary institutions, agencies, and community organizations.
- Enhance our volunteer management system to ensure a successful experience.
- Lead volunteer communications, recognition, recordkeeping, impact reporting, and continuous improvement.





You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have experience coordinating volunteers, community programs, events, nonprofit activities, or related work.
- Bring solid organization, communication, scheduling, and relationship-building skills.
- Are adaptable, dependable, inclusive, forward-thinking, and comfortable working in office, warehouse, community, and event settings.
- Can use Microsoft 365 and communication or contact-management tools; occasional evening or weekend availability is required.
