FORACO CANADA Ltd., an international drilling company serving the Canadian mineral exploration market, is currently accepting resumes for qualified individuals for a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, parts, materials, and supplies.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company inventory systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts and materials for shipment to project sites.
- Issue parts, tools, PPE, and supplies to employees and field operations as required.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelving, storage areas, and inventory locations.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist with tracking tools and equipment transferred between the warehouse and project sites.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with correcting records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist the purchasing, maintenance, and operations teams as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving,



or parts experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using an inventory management system is considered an asset.
- Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory information.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely lift and move parts, materials, and supplies as required.
- Valid Class G driver's licence in positive standing is required.
- Forklift certification or experience is considered an asset.

What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-minded, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate inventory records. The individual must work well with warehouse, maintenance, purchasing, and field operations personnel.
