The Processing

Lead is responsible for coordinating daily operations and managing workflows. You will work directly with the Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 12 employees. Your leadership will be fundamental in maintaining high standards for processing and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide team workflow and assign processing tasks
- Monitor health and safety compliance in the warehouse
- Train staff and facilitate open feedback
- Manage donation intake and ensure smooth processing
- Collaborate cross-departmentally for operational success Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams in related fields
- Experience in warehouse and donation processing is valuable
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and standing for long periods
