Responsibilities

- Operate equipment including reach trucks and forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment using warehouse management systems like AS400
- Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and documenting transactions accurately
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers while ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items




- Maintain organized storage areas, perform inventory counts, and assist in warehouse distribution operations to optimize space utilization

Requirements

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments
- Valid certification for operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or order pickers
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 or similar platforms
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily tasks
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking and fulfillment processes

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
