Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Helper to join our energetic team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, assist with order picking, loading and unloading shipments, and operate heavy equipment. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth distribution processes and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Duties

- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing tiles and materials
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Support order picker activities to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move large or bulky items within the warehouse




- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Experience

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, especially in tile or construction-related environments
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or clamp trucks is highly desirable
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order picking procedures is a plus
- Experience in shipping & receiving operations ensures efficiency in handling inbound and outbound shipments
- Construction or heavy lifting background can be beneficial for understanding load handling requirements
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow safety protocols at all times
