We are a growing e-commerce and product-based business looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to execute day-to-day order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

This is a physically active, detail-driven role suited to someone who takes ownership, works independently with minimal supervision, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Print shipping labels and manage order processing workflows
- Perform final assembly and product preparation using basic hand tools
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse/inventory software
- Submit outbound orders on logistics platforms to ship orders to customers
- Maintain a clean, secure, and efficient workspace

Secondary Responsibilities
- Track operational tasks and inventory data in Excel
- Help manage product returns
- Perform minor repair work
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

Requirements (Must Have)
- Proven past experience taking ownership and working reliably without constant supervision
- Experience using basic hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, assembly tools)
- Experience with order packing and labelling
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using warehouse, inventory, or 3PL softwares
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have
- Warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

Work Authorization
