Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
- Oversee inventory management using the company's ERP systems ensuring accuracy and proper stock levels
- Conduct and coordinate regular physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory quantities with computerized records.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure materials and products are properly identified, safely stored, and readily accessible when required.
- Coordinate the preparation, processing, and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline supply chain activities and improve process efficiency
- Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that required materials, parts, and supplies are available when needed to support ongoing commercial projects and prevent operational delays.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of newly hired employees and provide instruction regarding job duties, warehouse procedures, inventory systems, safety requirements,



and company policies.
- Assist management with the recruitment and selection of warehouse and inventory staff, including reviewing applications, participating in interviews, recommending suitable candidates, and assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff

Skills

- Proven experience in supervising warehouse operations with robust leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, order picking, and warehouse distribution processes
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies and data analysis to optimize workflows
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; heavy lifting capability required for handling large or bulky items
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook for reporting and communication purposes
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety compliance
