Job Overview The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for executing daily order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and preparing Fratello Coffee Roasters products for shipment or delivery. This role supports wholesale, online, and internal customers by ensuring orders are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established warehouse procedures, food safety requirements, and shipping standards.

Warehouse Team Members are expected to work collaboratively, follow documented procedures, and uphold a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment.

Areas of Responsibility

Order Fulfillment (Pick, Pack & Ship Support)

- Pick products accurately from inventory according to approved sales order pick lists
- Pack orders in accordance with established order fulfillment and shipping packaging standards
- Organize completed orders by courier, pickup method, and delivery schedule
- Perform visual checks to confirm correct products and quantities prior to shipment
- Ensure all orders include the required documentation (packing slip and invoice)
- Store completed packing slips as required for traceability and discrepancy resolution
- Booking of couriers and shipping companies based on priorities and cutoff timelines of third-party partners.
- Escalate missing items, build assemblies, or order discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately

Inventory Handling & Accuracy

- Retrieve products accurately from inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
- Maintain inventory accuracy by handling products carefully and storing them in designated locations
- Participate in inventory integrity activities including cycle counts and audits as scheduled
- Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of low PAR levels or inventory discrepancies
- Properly shrink-wrap, label, and store pallets not required for daily shipping

Shipping & Receiving Support

- Assist with organizing and staging outbound shipments
- Load and unload goods safely from delivery vehicles and courier pickups
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading as required




- Receive inbound warehouse shipments and verify contents against shipping documentation
- Label and store received items in assigned warehouse locations

Food Safety, Cleanliness & Facility Standards

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and GMP procedures applicable to warehouse operations
- Participate in pre-operational checks and scheduled cleaning tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and shared warehouse areas
- Handle products in a manner that protects food safety, traceability, and product integrity
- Report safety, quality or equipment concerns/repairs immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor or Product & Operations Manager

Training, Compliance & Professional Conduct

- Read, understand, and comply with all warehouse-related SOPs and training materials contained in the Warehouse Team Training Binder
- Complete all required training and sign acknowledgment forms as assigned
- Follow procedures related to inventory handling, shipping, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with supervisors and team members
- Support a positive team environment by working collaboratively and avoiding gossip or speculation
- Escalate concerns, issues, or questions directly to the Warehouse Supervisor

You’re a great fit if you have:

- 1+ year of experience in warehouse and/or distribution operations
- Familiarity with pick, pack, shipping, and receiving processes
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Appreciation for clean, organized, and well-run work environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and reliability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Odoo or similar systems
- Minimum high school education
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain); ability to perform heavy lifting

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
