Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments from delivery trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution is required. Minimum 3-5 years.




- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts or clamp trucks is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is beneficial.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy in order picking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
