As a key player in the End User Computing Services team, you will engage in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining sophisticated audiovisual systems to ensure exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop programming for diverse collaboration spaces
- Configure Q-SYS and Crestron devices for optimal performance
- Maintain documentation and address client technical inquiries




- Collaborate on project requirements and finalize system setups
- Conduct functional testing and audio tuning for quality assurance Requirements:
- At least three years in programming AV and meeting room systems
- Proficient with Q-SYS, Crestron, and Cisco RoomOS
- Understanding of audio DSP, signal flow, and network configurations
- Experience with cooperative platforms like Zoom and Webex
