​G&G; Janitorial is looking for experienced Residential Cleaners and Team Leaders to join our teams! We service clients in Calgary, Okotoks and surrounding areas. We offer competitive wages, paid statutory holidays, and paid drive time. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by the company.

This position is for work in OKOTOKS & surrounding areas. Applicants must have a valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to our office each day.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detailed work and maintaining cleanliness in residential settings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces.
- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms & kitchens
- Communicate effectively with team leads to understand each client's specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of detailed work, cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.

Experience





- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong time management & organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards.

Requirements

- Valid Alberta drivers license
- Reliability is a must – able to show up on time each day for your shift
- Detailed & efficient with great time management
- Physically fit with positive stamina - ability to handle physical workload includes standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
- Dedicated and hard working
- Experience as a residential cleaner or team leader.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
