Website Developer | Edmonton Area / Hybrid

We’re looking for a Website Developer who wants to help build from the ground up.

The Role

You’ll initially build websites for our own businesses and concepts, beginning with ________ as a working showcase.

From there, you’ll help develop a repeatable website service that we can sell to local entrepreneurs and small businesses.

You’ll work on

- Small-business and brand websites
- E-commerce stores
- Landing pages
- Online booking/contact systems
- Shopify, WordPress or similar platforms
- Domain and hosting setup
- Basic SEO and analytics
- Mobile optimization
- Website maintenance
- Reusable templates that allow us to launch client sites quickly

This isn’t just a “take a ticket and code it” position. We want someone who can look at a business idea and say:

“Here’s how we turn that into a great website.”

Compensation

Dependant on experience.

Approximately 15–25 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the website division develops.

We’re also open to discussing performance incentives tied to website projects you help deliver.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a computer-science degree.





We care more about whether you can actually build.

A strong candidate will have experience with several of the following:

Shopify WordPress Webflow HTML/CSS JavaScript E-commerce UX/UI SEO Domains & hosting Analytics Graphic/design tools

Most importantly, you should be comfortable taking a project from:

idea → design → build → launch

Why This Role Is Different

You aren’t joining an established web agency.

You’ll be helping create one.

The goal is to develop a website service that becomes one part of a much larger small-business ecosystem.

A customer should eventually be able to walk in with nothing more than an idea and leave with:
