Title: Wedding & Events Sales Consultant – Part-Time, Remote Video Sales, Base + Uncapped Commission (Toronto)

Mango Studios is one of North America's largest premium wedding photography studios — 20+ years, hundreds of weddings a year, featured in Vogue and Martha Stewart Weddings. We're hiring a proven closer to own a pipeline of warm leads and convert them into booked weddings.

The role:

This is not entry-level and it is not order-taking. You'll work a steady flow of qualified inquiries, do proactive outreach to warm leads, book and run your own consultation calendar, and close. 95% of consultations happen over video call — you can run most of your day from home. We train you on our product and pricing, not on how to sell.

What you'll do:

- Work inbound and warm leads from first touch to signed contract
- Outreach by phone, email, and text — you fill your own calendar
- Run video consultations with engaged couples (occasional in-person)
- Own your pipeline and conversion numbers — we track everything

Schedule: Part-time, 2–3 days/week. Evenings and weekends required — that's when couples are free to buy. Ideal for a strong closer who wants high-earning flexible schedule, mostly from home. Compensation: Hourly base commensurate with experience + uncapped commission per booked wedding — no team splits,



no house accounts; you close it, you earn it. Expected total earnings: $40,000–$85,000/year at part-time hours, depending on experience and performance. Strong closers earn the majority of their income from commission, and top producers grow into more days and a larger book.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of B2C sales with a track record you can prove (numbers, not vibes)
- Direct sales experience in the Toronto wedding/events industry (venues, planning, photo/video, catering, bridal, entertainment, banquet sales)
- Hunter mentality — comfortable with outreach, follow-up cadences, and asking for the sale
- Confident and polished on camera — video calls are your showroom
- Available evenings and weekends; based in the GTA
