Job Summary

We're looking for a Welding Gun Assembly Technician to join our production team. You'll build MIG welding guns from the ground up. No welding gun experience necessary — we'll train you on our products and processes.

Duties

- Assemble & Repair MIG welding guns to spec and quality standard
- Read and follow build instructions and work orders
- Inspect components and finished guns for quality
- Work with hand tools and basic shop equipment
- Keep your work area organized and follow shop safety practices
- Work with the production team to hit order deadlines

Requirements

- No prior welding gun assembly experience required — we'll train the right person
- Comfortable with hand tools and mechanical assembly work
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and works well in a small team




- Physically able to handle shop work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
