Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of wellness center staff, administrative personnel, and support staff
- Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain compliance with regulations, and privacy laws
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational costs to support financial sustainability




- Collaborate with human resources on hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives
- Ensure the wellness center adheres to safety protocols and maintains a clean, welcoming environment for all visitors

Experience

- Proven supervisory experience minimum 2 years
- Experience managing budgets is desirable
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee relations in healthcare environments
