Responsibilities

- Remove damaged or cracked windshields using specialized hand tools and power tools with accuracy and safety.
- Install new windshields, ensuring proper fitment and sealing to prevent leaks or wind noise.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle glass components to identify issues needing repair or replacement.
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle large glass panels safely, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service performed for each vehicle.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies for efficient workflow.

Experience

- Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and auto glass installation.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as pry bars, scrapers, and sealant applicators; experience with power tools is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large glass panels or equipment.
- Mechanic experience that demonstrates familiarity with automotive repair procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills for effective teamwork.
