At Sefa Burnaby Soccer Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality soccer training and education to our players. Our experienced coaching staff ensures that every player receives the guidance and support needed to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. This individual will work closely with our players, ranging in age from 5 to 12 years old, fostering a love for the game while helping them develop technical skills, tactical awareness, and confidence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead engaging and structured training sessions to improve players’ skills, fitness, and understanding of the game.
- Coach weekend games, ensuring positive development and a strong emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Develop effective training strategies in collaboration with support staff.

Qualifications:

- Previous coaching experience with youth players,



preferably in an academy or club environment.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, tactics, and player development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for soccer, patience, and a commitment to helping young athletes succeed.
