In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of external vendors that align with Zurich's Claims Management strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Source and manage external Claims vendors • Support contract negotiations and due diligence processes • Develop and audit vendor agreements for service delivery • Track performance metrics and manage vendor-related issues • Proactively participate in vendor reviews for service improvements
Requirements: • 6+ years of Vendor Management experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred • Robust experience in managing vendor performance • Ability to negotiate service agreements effectively • Analytical skills for tracking vendor efficiency
