You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed through managing team efforts to achieve program goals.You will report directly to our Sr Test Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON.Responsibilities
Coordinate design and development activities within the test functions to address customer requirementsManage the program plan, including scope, schedule, cost, technical aspects, resources, and risksEstablish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates, and schedulesLead the solution definition process from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification, and introduction to productionTrack and report program progress, costs, risks, and milestonesLead internal and external design reviews and technical coordination meetingsEnsure compliance with Aerospace Engineering ProcessesLead proposal preparations and act as a proposal focal within the Test functionThe Honeywell building is a controlled goods program setting. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering-ElectronicsMinimum of 5 years of engineering experience in electronics in an aerospace environment or transportation industryMinimum of 3 years in project management, including baseline management, earned value reporting, and computer-based scheduling and reporting toolsWe Value




Experience with Test Engineering Design ProcessesProven track record in developing test software and hardwareProactive and self-driven individuals who take initiative and deliver resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assemble facts, analyze data, and provide informed recommendationsAbility to effectively use data to make intelligent decisionsWorking knowledge of DO-160, MIL-810PMP Certificate (Project Management Professional)Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in a global team environmentStrong management operating system that facilitates communicationAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsExperience with Agile methodology project execution is a plusThe annual base salary range for this position is $110K - $125K in Mississauga, Ontario.
