Become the Director of Customer Engagement Products at the Institute of Corporate Directors, based in Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Spearhead CRM and digital product optimization to improve organizational impact and member interaction.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for product ownership over Microsoft Dynamics 365, aiming to enhance the member and employee experience. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will create a robust roadmap, overseeing implementation and adoption while collaborating with Data Strategy and IT. Your strategic direction will drive effective digital solutions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee CRM and digital product strategies for Dynamics 365 - Facilitate end-to-end delivery and measure member outcomes - Streamline workflows for member interactions and internal processes - Ensure governance standards are met in product delivery - Manage vendor relations and budget oversight
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience - 8-10+ years in CRM and product management roles - Robust experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform - Proven ability to align business needs with technology solutions - Strong budget and performance management skills
