Coles in the Lloyd Mall is hiring a Customer Experience Leader (CEL). This position is permanent and part time. We are a small, established team of people who love books and helping people find just the right read or gift. We are looking for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, who is available to work a minimum of 25 hours a week, including evenings, weekends and holidays and can help lead others in a retail environment. It requires an ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. As we are part of Indigo Books & Music, we have the backing of a Canadian brand and all the resources that go with it, including technology to aid us in the customer experience.
