We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Builder/Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing complex systems and equipment, ensuring each product meets quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system stability issues.
- Perform thorough quality control and testing on all completed builds.
- Build custom desktop computers according to customer specifications.
- Verify component compatibility, specifications, and power requirements.
- Perform stress testing, temperature testing, and performance validation.
- Install and configure CPUs, GPUs,
- RAM, storage, cooling, and other components.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, BIOS, and required updates.
- Accurately document components, serial numbers, testing results, and build details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace while handling customer hardware.




- Assist customers and staff with technical questions and build recommendations.

Qualifications

- 2+ yrs hands-on PC building & hardware experience; CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Experience building custom desktop computers from individual components.
- Strong understanding of CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, and PSU compatibility.
- Experience performing system stress testing and stability diagnostics.
- Experience installing and configuring Windows, drivers, BIOS, and firmware.
- Experience diagnosing boot, POST, thermal, and performance issues.
- Experience working with current Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, and DDR5 platforms.
- Experience handling customer hardware with care and attention to detail.
- Previous retail, service, repair, or technical support experience required.

Pay: From $37,960.00 per year
