# Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate

**GROUPE CONSEIL PROSPERE INC.** is looking for a professional, motivated, and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate** to join our growing team.

## Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers

- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation

- Process transactions and follow up on customer requests

- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service

- Participate in promotional activities, company events, and sales initiatives

- Travel when required

## Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or a related position is an asset

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude





- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers

- Ability to identify sales opportunities and close sales

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Strong attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated

- Full-time availability

- Fluency in English; French is an asset

- Willingness to travel when required
