About the Role:

Triunity Software is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team in Markham, ON! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, build, and optimize powerful Service Now solutions that drive real business impact. Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize Service Now workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system maintenance




- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now incidents, bugs, and performance issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions

Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within the Service Now platform
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other Service Now modules
- Familiarity with Service Now Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an asset
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
