This role requires a highly accomplished financial executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with significant senior leadership experience, particularly in a large, complex public-sector or similarly regulated workplace. Deep expertise in long-term financial strategy, multi-year budgeting,



financial reporting, and the stewardship of public assets is essential.The ideal candidate will be a strategic and trusted advisor, adept at providing clear and objective advice on complex financial, operational, and policy matters. They should be politically astute, collaborative, and highly relationship-oriented, with a proven track record of guiding modernization, transformation, and continuous improvement across multiple corporate functions.
