Maverick Volleyball Club in Ottawa is seeking a part time Coaching and Culture Lead to oversee coaching standards, culture, and HR oversight across programs. This senior role focuses on recruiting, onboarding and developing coaches, while maintaining a safe, high-performance environment for athletes and families.

The role supports approximately 20 hours per week with a hybrid work model and potential for future full-time expansion through specialty coaching.
