Reporting to the Retail Manager, this position empowers you to help customers select the right footwear by assessing their needs and understanding outdoor product trends. You will also play a key role in maintaining store presentation and floor cleanliness while assisting with customer service enhanced by your outdoor knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional assistance in footwear selection
• Maintain optimal visual and merchandising standards
• Manage restocking and merchandise front-facing as required




• Address and resolve customer issues with logic and care
• Demonstrate knowledge of outdoor trends and new products
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a relevant sales or service position
• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Passion for the outdoors and related products
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s merchandise beneficial
