Johnson Controls Silent-Aire division in Canada seeks an experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead 50–75 production staff, ensuring on-time schedules, safety, and budget compliance. You will coordinate assemblers, inspectors, and operators to meet production goals.

You will develop operational plans, manage staffing and resources, analyze performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement using JBS/Lean tools to achieve strong SQDC metrics and a collaborative work setting.
