Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety of members in the pool areas
• Deliver emergency response and care as necessary
• Ensure adherence to pool rules with clarity
• Assist in facility maintenance and cleanliness tasks
• Report maintenance needs to the General Manager
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year lifeguard experience preferred
• Valid National Lifeguard Certificate, CPR-C required
• Basic understanding of pool operation
• Calm under pressure and decisive
• Solid customer service and communication skills
