Purpose of the position Reporting to the regional management and working closely with the on-site team, the general manager's responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all activities of the facility while ensuring a work environment that fosters employee growth and engagement.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Work with heart and provide high-level customer service

Receive feedback from residents and treat them as opportunities for improvement

Set and ensure quality standards for each service

Manage budgets and ensure the profitability of the property

Mobilize teams and maintain employee engagement





Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency

Leader of internal management committees and attending various meetings of the organization

Evaluate the executives under his responsibility and lead the annual evaluation processes

All other related tasks.

Required qualifications :

Relevant experience in the field of RPA and/or operations management
