- Enhance competency-based training and assessment systems




- Manage the induction and onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain ongoing training documentation and analysis of needs
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedbackRequirements:
- Proven experience in training supervision within mining
- An Underground Common Core or Mill Common Core credential preferred
- Solid abilities in INX and training development
- Knowledge of safety regulations and documentation
