The successful applicant will work closely with leading lawyers in all of our offices and be part of a team providing legal advice to a diverse range of clients.We have offices across Canada in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Atlantic Canada.ResponsibilitiesSupport the national immigration practice and advise employer-side clients on a broad range of immigration law matters.Handle TFWP and IMP submissions, compliance audits,



permanent residence and citizenship applications.Provide strategic advice and crisis management for workplace law matters.Qualifications3-6 years of experience advising employer-side clients on immigration law matters.Experience with TFWP and IMP submissions, compliance audits, permanent residence and citizenship applications.Solid academic qualifications and thorough knowledge of Canadian immigration regulations and guidelines.Relevant business immigration experience.BenefitsSalary begins at $142,500 in Toronto (varies by year of call).
