Key Responsibilities:
• Manage up to 13 volunteers per shift
• Assist patrons with inquiries and issues
• Maintain organized Front of House areas daily
• Facilitate efficient entry and exit during events
• Engage in fundraising activities and event support
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience in customer service/hospitality
• Prior experience supervising a team preferred
• Knowledgeable about Alberta Theatre Projects exhibits
• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Organized with a proactive work style
