Ideal candidates possess a diploma in Recreation or a related field and have previous experience working with older adults. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize activities that resonate with residents
• Monitor and document participation in programs
• Communicate effectively with residents and other staff




• Attend training sessions on current care trends
• Facilitate resident outings and adventures
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or equivalent
• Experience working with the elderly is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Robust communication skills, both oral and written
• Valid driver's license for resident transport
