Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and personable Call Center Representative to join our team. This Part-Time position available in the Westbury, NY location of a Dental Administration Office for the position of Customer Service Representative/Clerical Worker, working in our call center.
Up to 24 hours per week
Work hours - 8:45 AM - 4:40 PM
This position is NOT REMOTE .
Training provided

Responsibilities

- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Verify eligibility, and breakdown of schedules
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Review audits and/or policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service
- Other diversified clerical duties.

Qualifications

- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly organized with strong time management skills

Compensation: $17.25 per hour

DDS is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with over 40 years experience in providing administrative services for self-insured group dental plans.
