Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) seeks a Rural Outpost Nurse to deliver client- and family-centered nursing care within community settings. You will assess, plan, organize, implement and transition services in collaboration with an interprofessional team. Required are current RN registration with BCCNM, knowledge of CHNC competencies, and ability to work independently with solid communication and trauma-informed practices. Fluency in safety and CPR procedures is essential.
