Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee activities at multiple kettle sites
• Train and orient volunteers for effective kettle management
• Ensure secure handling of all donations received
• Report daily to City/Assistant Coordinator on operations
• Communicate effectively with donors about programs
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience preferred (1 year)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
