You will recruit, train and coach a diverse team while ensuring adherence to Tim Hortons standards and operational goals. You will manage staffing, development and performance, while focusing on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction in a rapid-paced Tim Hortons environment. Availability to work days, evenings, weekends is required.
