St Marys Cement, part of VCNA, is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist at the Bowmanville Cement Plant. You will provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, attendance and records administration. You will partner with plant leadership, union representatives and Corporate HR to ensure a compliant, secure and productive workplace. Salary ranges from CAD 75,000 to 90,000 with potential for growth.
