Parsons in the Greater Toronto Region seeks a highly experienced Design Lead for Municipal Roads & Highways. You will lead transportation engineering projects, manage client relationships, and guide delivery across design stages from preliminary to detail design. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and help grow the practice with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction in a hybrid work model with offices in Toronto, Markham, or Oakville.
