Beacon Software is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and scale People Operations across Beacon and its acquired companies. The role reports to the VP of Business Operations and collaborates with the COO, CPO, and Group CPOs.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with solid attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects, and passionate about building scalable HR processes in a high-growth tech environment.
