Business System Analyst

to support a major banking client on a

Mandarin Support initiative

for existing online banking applications. The project involves converting the existing

English user interface (UI) to Mandarin , with

no functional changes

to the applications. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Owners and technology teams to review and validate the Mandarin GUI, ensure appropriate business terminology and user experience, and consider

accessibility requirements

throughout the conversion. Hybrid:

2 days per week in office Location:

Downtown Toronto Key Responsibilities

Support the

English-to-Mandarin UI conversion

of existing online banking applications. Review existing English UI content, business rules, screen flows, labels, messages, and terminology. Work with

Business Owners

to review, validate, and confirm the Mandarin GUI and user-facing content. Ensure the Mandarin conversion maintains the

existing functionality and user experience . Identify and document UI/content issues, inconsistencies, and potential impacts. Work closely with development, QA, UX, and business teams throughout the conversion and testing lifecycle. Support

GUI validation, regression testing, and defect resolution

to ensure no functional changes are introduced. Ensure





accessibility considerations

are incorporated into the Mandarin UI, including text presentation, readability, navigation, and user interaction. Document requirements, decisions, issues, and Business Owner approvals. Participate in Agile delivery activities as required. Required Qualifications

7+ years

of experience as a

Business Analyst / Business System Analyst

in enterprise technology environments. 4+ years

of experience working as a

Business System Analyst within software development/technology teams . Strong experience in requirements analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting

UI/content conversion, localization, internationalization, or multilingual application initiatives . Strong experience working with

Business Owners, development, UX, and QA teams . Experience with

GUI review, validation, regression testing, and defect management . Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience working in an

Agile workplace . Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English , particularly written Mandarin. Experience with

online banking or digital banking applications . Experience with

English-to-Mandarin UI conversion or localization . Experience working with

accessibility requirements and standards . Experience in

banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments . Familiarity with

UI/UX principles, internationalization (i18n), and multilingual applications .
