Manufacturing Engineer Assistant (COOP)

Position Overview

Plan and execute experiments to support sensor development projects.

Work with operations and laboratory personnel to set schedules for experimental builds and test plans.

Create and update technical documents for manufacturing and process equipment.

Compile and analyze data using statistical analysis software/methods.

Present project work.

Assist in the creation and execution of validation protocols.

Responsibilities

- Support Technical Operation Engine e rs with execution of engineering and documentation activities
- Routine data analysis and data presentation to engineers and management
- Filling out forms for interdepartmental communications to support execution of engineering activities

Require d Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

- Student in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical engineering or another related field.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis.

Preferred Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering workplace.
- Experience with statistical analysis software JMP.
