The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with wok cooking, high‑volume food production, and delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced retail kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation & ProductionPrepare authentic Chinese and Asian dishesDemonstrate strong wok cooking techniques, including heat control, timing, and seasoningEnsure consistency in taste, quality, and presentationExecute daily mise en place (“everything in its place”) and batch cooking for retail and hot food stationsMaintain freshness and quality across all prepared food displaysSupport development of new menu items and seasonal offeringsAssist in creating combo meals, family packs, and promotional itemsStandardize recipes, portion sizes, and plating for consistency and cost controlIntroduce innovative Indo-Chinese and Asian‑inspired dishes based on customer trendsFollow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment,
