Position Overview Hicks LeMoine Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their practice. The successful candidate will work across a range of litigation matters including but not limited to commercial litigation, personal injury, estate litigation, employment litigation etc.



Key Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload of various types of litigation. Handle all stages of the litigation process: drafting pleadings, discoveries, hearings, mediations, and trial. Advise clients on legal strategy and case development in a clear, client-friendly manner. Draft and review documents. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas, contributing to the firm's team-based service model. Maintain organized files and meet all court deadlines and regulatory obligations.
