The TTC’s recent vision and mission statements also help promote the many environmental, social equity and economic benefits that the TTC provides:Vision:Moving Toronto towards a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous future.Mission:To serve the needs of transit riders by providing a safe, reliable, efficient, and accessible mass public transit service through a seamless integrated network to create access to opportunity for everyone.The full Plan can be viewed on ttc.Ca.The Program Manager is a senior leader driving the TTC’s long term vision—overseeing complex, multi year programs, elevating project performance, and ensuring strong governance, accountability, and stakeholder confidence.What You Will Do?The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple, related projects directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives. These programs contain complex activities and the Program Manager must ensure projects are delivered to meet the TTC’s requirements. The Program Manager maintains continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and makes recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. Specific objectives may include, but are not limited to the following:Defines program scope, priorities, and plans to ensure alignment with TTC strategic objectivesDevelops business cases, program goals, schedules, budgets, and resource plansProvides leadership to cross functional teams and oversees program level projectsReviews project plans, coordinates activities, and ensures effective integration across initiativesMonitors progress, risks, and performance; prepares reporting for senior leadership and officialsEstablishes program governance, quality controls, and audit processesBuilds strong stakeholder relationships and ensures effective communication and consultationLeads program meetings and prepares reports and presentations, including Board ReportsProvides expert guidance on program and project management issuesEnsures compliance with TTC policies, standards, and proceduresManages program level vendors and ensures contractual adherenceWorks with project managers to deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and to required qualityWhat Skills Do You Bring?Use office technology,
